Frequently asked questions about InBox

What is a cabinet pull-out?

A cabinet pull-out guides a movable storage unit that opens via the furniture front. Pulling the unit forward makes the storage space easier to access. SCHOCK® InBox includes both compact solutions and tall cabinet systems.

Which InBox system suits my application?

INBOX 400 suits confined spaces such as bathrooms, toilets and caravans. INBOX 600 is designed for tall cabinets and features Air Motion® smooth-running technology. INBOX 620 is designed for wire baskets. INBOX 640 has upper and lower guides, front adjustment and soft-close.

What load capacity do the systems offer?

INBOX 400 supports up to 35 kg; INBOX 600, 620 and 640 support up to 120 kg. Follow the installation and loading instructions. For INBOX 640, the maximum rating refers to the lower telescopic slides with an evenly distributed surface load.

Which models include soft-close?

INBOX 620 and 640 include soft-close. INBOX 400 and 600 are available with or without it. Damping supports gentle closing over the final part of the travel.

Which rail lengths are available?

INBOX 600: 476 mm rail length and 450 mm travel. INBOX 620: 480 mm rail length. INBOX 640: 450, 480 or 600 mm rail lengths, with corresponding travel of 403, 433 or 553 mm. Check cross-section, fixing points and available installation space before ordering.

What does Air Motion® mean on INBOX 600?

INBOX 600 uses telescopic slides with Air Motion® smooth-running technology. Soft-close is a separate option: the model is available both with and without closing damping.

Are products sold individually or as a set?

INBOX 400 and 600 are sold per piece. INBOX 620 and 640 are sold as sets; an order quantity of 1 equals one set. Displayed prices are net, excluding applicable VAT and shipping.

Are other colours or finishes available?

The INBOX 400 cover and INBOX 600 frame are powder-coated in RAL 9011. Other colours for INBOX 400 are available on request for quantities of 250 pieces or more. Special versions are not automatically included in the shop’s listed variants.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery information is shown on each product page and after selecting a variant. It can differ by model. INBOX 600 has a lead time until dispatch readiness; the subsequent delivery time is stated separately.
