Withdrawal and returns for business customers
Our online shop is intended exclusively for business customers within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Contracts with consumers are excluded under our General Terms and Conditions. Business customers placing these orders do not have the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to consumer distance contracts.
Returns by agreement
The return of goods that are free from defects requires our prior approval. Please do not return goods without authorisation. Under our General Terms and Conditions, an approved return is subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the original net value of the goods; the buyer bears the return shipping costs. Statutory liability for defects remains unaffected.
