SCHOCK® Ultra Heavy Duty DDTS-35

The CNC-machined SCHOCK® Ultra Heavy Duty telescopic slide DDTS-35 provides 200% over-extension for demanding machinery, equipment and vehicle applications. Choose the slide length to suit your available space and required load capacity.

The profiles are made from C45E+C steel and individually zinc plated. CNC-machined, laser-hardened raceways provide precise guidance and high wear resistance.

Selection and installation

Load capacity and travel depend on the selected variant. Choose a slide length to display the corresponding values under “Technical data”.

The stated load capacities apply to a vertically mounted pair of slides with an evenly distributed load, using all specified fixing positions. With horizontal flat mounting, load capacity may be reduced by up to 75%.

Operating temperature according to the existing product specifications: −40 °C to +200 °C.
